It was the night before Christmas, and all through the house…

2There was not a creature stirring, not even a MOUSE!!! Yes that’s right folks, our escapes are no more. With the help of said trap on the left and a few spoons of peanut butter we have officially eradicated the loose rat problem in the snake room!

Thank god, because he was getting into everything. I mean everything!!! From water lines, to food bins, to paper towels, to just about anything you can think of… All the wile making a huge mess each night. I would walk into the room each night and I could hear him chuckle at me as if he was going to have the last laugh.

I think NOT!!!!

We hope you have a great Holiday and here’s to 2010! Our biggest year yet!

Mutiny in the rat shack!

My lord… If it wasn’t for those damn asf eaters I would have none of this going on.
Every once in a while while feeding off some asfs one of them manages to make the super duper 10 foot leap out of a tub and goes missing.

Fast forward a few weeks…. I was cleaning tubs last night and out pokes the face of one of my big rats on the shelf right next to me. The damn thing nearly came out to give me a kiss!

How the hell did he get out? LOL Did he make the plunge the last time I was cleaning? The escapes are pissing me off though… One of them has a taste for water lines…
