We guarantee live arrival of all my animals, except in the case of failure to sign for the package. All of our reptiles are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding , and properly sexed. If you are not 100% satisfied please contact us within 48 hours. Once an animal leaves our facility we have no real way of controlling the care or lack of given to the animal. Shipping is Non-Refundable. For a full refund we require contact within 48 hours of delivery and the animals to be properly shipped back at your expense within 48 hours of inital delivery. Refunds may be made as cash, credit, or a combination of cash and credit at our sole discretion.

Shipments are sent either via UPS Overnight Priority or FedEx Overnight. We will inform you of the carrier at the time of purchase and will email you with all tracking numbers associated with the purchase. All shipments sent must be signed for and will not be left at the door.

If you would like to arrange a payment plan to obtain the animal of your choice you can reserve the animal with a non-refundable deposit. All deposits are non refundable. We can work out the full details of the payment plan as needed on a case basis.
